①One-year Guarantee:
We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery, which is why we offer one year guarantee for all purchases of plated jewellery. If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge, you only need to pay the shipping fee. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, accidental breakage, water damage).
②Product photos:
For products customized or ordered from us, if you need product photos to publish products online and want us to help you with that. We can take product pictures for you for free, and send photos to your email. (The photos will be similar to our website product pictures. Because it is for free, and we are not professional photography, the photos may be simpler, more details please contact us)
③Custom Packing:
Our normal packing way is: Tissue paper+PE+bubble bags+carton.
(1)If you need to custom packing, we also provide custom packing service. Please let us know the details, we will check for you if it’s free or if there’s a charge. If there is a charge, we will quote for you. After your payment, we will arrange for you.
(2)If you want us to use your packages, you could ship packages to our factory, we will use them to pack your goods.
