1. What is MOQ?
A: MOQ is the minimum order quantity. We have different MOQ for different products.
①Products on our website: You could check it out on the details page for each product.
②Custom products: it depends on material, design, quality etc you need. Please contact us, share items details and your requirements, we will check for you.
2. How can I get samples?
A: ①Our website products samples: Please send us a photo of the item you need. We will quote you. After your payment, we will arrange for you.
②Custom samples: The samples can be made based on your photos/ideas/drawings/sketches etc. The lead time is 7-10 days.

3. Can I change my order?
A: ①Of course, you can change your order (change design/material/quality) before we arrange production. And we will re-quote for you according to your new requirements.
②After you approve of producing, we will produce the goods at once. Till now, you can add the quantity/products you want, or add other products you want to customize. And we will quote you. But products that have already been approved and are being produced cannot be reduced or changed. If you want to add some products, you could let us know we will make a new order. After your payment, we will arrange for you.
4. How can I get my package shipped to a different address than my billing address?
A: Before we ship goods to you, you could send us the new address you need us to ship to. Then we will ship goods to the new address.
5. What payment methods do Elite accept?
A: We provide the easy and secure payment method: Paypal, L/C, Bank transfer. (Concerning the details, please read the Payment Information part.)
6. What are your shipping charges?
A: After we prepare your goods, we will quote you the shipping cost according to your goods weight and express company which you chose. We can also use your shipping agent or your shipping account. Please note that we don't take any profit from shipment.
7. How long will delivery take?
A: Shipment Methods & Delivery Time. Our products are distributed to all over the world, shipped with

UPS (3-5 days),
TNT (3-5 days),
EMS (7-15 days),
Hong Kong Post (7-15 days).

Air mail (15~30 days).
The above options are available to most countries. They can send the jewelry to your destination.
Normally, we use DHL express. If you need us to use another express company, please let us know. The above time is for reference. The delivery time is not steady.
8.What happens if i am out when you deliver?
A: If you are outside, not available to receive a parcel, you should contact the express company and inform the courier/carrier send to the appointed person and place by you. Otherwise, when the courier/carrier can't contact you in 3 days, your parcel will be returned automatically. You will lose a lot. (Because when the parcel returns to us, you want to get it again, you need to pay the shipping cost again. ) Please. care about this. Thank you.
9. How do I track my parcel?
A: After we send out your goods, we will send the tracking number to you. Then you can track your parcel on the express official website at anytime. If you can't track the parcel online, please contact the express office to check package status and send us emails to inform that. We will help you.
10. Supply again and Exchange
A: ①In order to build long-term cooperation with customers, we can exchange or supply again of goods when there is any unartificial quality problem as follows:
(1)The goods do not match the customer’s order (except the exchanged goods after we negotiate with you).
(2) There is any damaged during the delivery.
(3) Except design problems, when you receive the goods, due to craft or technical problems of the product damage. After discussion and approval by our technical department, we will exchange or supply again.
(4)Under normal use, if the product has serious quality problems within seven days (such as plating color fading, excluding material design and other reasons for damage, etc.), we can exchange or supply again the product after verification.
②Don't return or exchange goods
(1) If there is any damage caused by abnormal wear or tear
(2) We won’t return or exchange goods only because of customer’s favor (such as smell, color, model, appearance etc.) or other conditions.
